I'm Hammed O. Lawal from Nigeria.
I'm a teacher with a strong passion for educational research, inclusive material design, lesson planning, and blogging. I'm from Kwara State, North Central of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. I'm the author of the fast-selling book: How to Study Smart and Boost Your GP.

In 2016, I had my first teaching certificate from the Teachers' Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) after I graduated from the now Lagos State University of Education.

In 2021, I bagged my Bachelor's Degree in English and Education from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.

I have been awarded several awards locally and internationally. To mention but a few:

  • College Best Graduating Award,2016

  • Anike Scholarship Award, Canada, 2017-2019

  • University Best Student Award, 2018,2019 and 2020

  • 1st Position, University of Ilorin Business Proposal Writing Competition,2019

  • University's Convocation Award for BGS, 2021

Due to my voracious appetite and thirst for learning, I have always glued myself to organizations and individuals who offer CPD webinars and courses for my Continuous Professional Development. I follow people like Katherin Bilsborough, Harry Waters, Cecilia Nobre, John Hughes, and lots.

Finally, I must say that the British Council EnglishConnect, Cambridge University WoBL, and IATEFL webinars and courses are highly impactful in my CPDs.
